Supporting Your Healing Journey: Donations & Financial Support
We are committed to making compassionate, high-quality pastoral care accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Your well-being is our top priority, and as a nonprofit religious organization (EIN: 82-1053983, IRS ruling year: 2017), We believe that no one should be turned away due to an inability to pay.
Donation-Based Services
We operate on a donation-based system, allowing clients to contribute as much as possible. These donations help sustain our nonprofit ministry's counseling and educational services. While there is no set fee for services, we are deeply grateful for any support you can provide to help us continue offering care to others. Every contribution directly supports our mission to offer healing and guidance.
Financial Support Through Client Assistance
We are committed to removing financial barriers to care. Through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and faith communities, we’ve established a Client Assistance Fund to support those unable to donate. If you need assistance, please let us know. Together, we’ll find a way for you to receive the holistic care and support you need on your healing journey.
Payment Methods
Donations are welcomed and can be made during service via credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer. Our goal is to make the process as accessible and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what truly matters—your healing and growth.
Insurance Information
We do not accept insurance, allowing us to serve a global community outside traditional insurance networks. This flexibility enables us to provide accessible, personalized care without the limitations often associated with insurance coverage, helping us focus on what is best for you.
Billing and Insurance Reimbursement Information
We understand that many clients may seek insurance reimbursement for chaplain services. While Ekklesia Iwiga, Inc. is committed to providing accessible spiritual care, it’s important to note that coverage for chaplain services varies among insurance providers.
We can provide a detailed receipt, including our National Provider Identifier (NPI) and the appropriate service code (Q9002: Individual Counseling by Chaplain). However, please be aware:
-
Reimbursement is Not Guaranteed: Insurance companies vary widely in what they cover. Many do not cover chaplaincy services, though some may recognize chaplain services in healthcare or essential care settings, such as grief counseling.
-
Check with Your Provider: We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about possible coverage for services under the Q9002 code.
-
Submission for Reimbursement: While we cannot bill your insurance directly, you may choose to submit the receipt we provide for potential reimbursement. However, eligibility and reimbursement decisions are at the sole discretion of your insurance provider.
If you have questions about this process or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with transparency practices, you can receive a Good Faith Estimate of any expected donation for counseling services. This will be provided at the start of our work together, allowing you to understand the potential financial commitment, if any. If you have questions, please feel free to discuss them with me. Open communication and trust are essential for a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Your well-being is my priority, and we are dedicated to making pastoral care accessible to all who seek it. Please reach out if you have any questions about donation options, the Client Assistance Fund, or any other aspect of receiving care. We am here to support you in finding the healing and guidance you seek.
Thank you for considering us as a partner on your journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Together, we can move towards deeper healing and greater peace.
